Drawing from her experiences at Insurello and Avanza, Johanna will also share valuable lessons learned and practical tips on what to embrace – and what to avoid – to ensure a successful transformation.
About Johanna Belfrage
Johanna is an experienced leader in technology and product development with a passion for innovation and strategic organizational development. As Head of Engineering at Avanza, she scaled up the product and development organization from 6 to 28 teams. She also played a key role in the transformation to a product-driven organization, resulting in higher efficiency and faster delivery of customer value. With her experience from startups, Johanna has a strong ability to restructure companies from growth to profitability. Today she is CTO at Insurello and she is also a certified board member.
